Today's workout shattered me
Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes, do:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
(If you fail to finish within the allocated minute, your out of it!)
I pushed myself to ALMOST 7 before knocking out.
However, I completed up to 15 rounds, off the clock.
SHATTERED!

Hey you did Cindy! I did 17 in 20 mins the first time I ever tried that. Then the guys at pushmore called me bawang boy.

they called it chelsea today but was tough....bleeehhhhhhhh haha.
forced myself to get to 15 rounds, although rounds 8-15 were off the clock!
