WOD

Three rounds for time of:
25 KB Swings @ 32kg
25 DB/KB Push Jerks @ 35lbs

Time: 15: 23 (If i remember the seconds correctly)

Left shoulder felt funny today (lingering injury of mine due to dislocation, and due to a odd fall during futsal on the weekend) so I swung 20kg and Push Jerked 20Ibs (although the right arm had ease, left struggled)

Didn't workout on Fri/Sat due to my dad being in town for a short time!

On another note:

Interviewed some people on the weekend, Audrey (recognize her from a certain blog? :D ) , Jojo Struys, Timothy (he of Nuffnang fame) and my collegue Junior!
