Yesterday's workout:
Four rounds for time of:
400m Run
50 Squats
My time: 18.45
Was happy since I was going for sub 20...and I just made it :D

Hi!
Recently I discovered the joys of 'Cross-fit' training.
This blog is simply set-up to allow me to keep track of my workouts and of course track my goals.
Oh and anything else that catches my fancy!

Here Is My Usual Schedule:
Mon-Fri: At
The Pushmore Gym
Saturday: Futsal
Sunday: Rest Day
Diet:
I'm on 3 protein shakes a day (GNC's Nitrotech) and one serving of creatine (GNC's Cell-Tech)
Apart from that, I'm on a low carb but high protein diet.
Any advice/ideas you have for me, please do share!!
